Pokémon Colosseum, the first Pokémon game to have you play as someone with a goal other than becoming a Pokémon Master, is an RPG for the Gamecube.
The plot is quite simple. Wes, a wanted criminal originally part of the nefarious Team Snagem, broke into a Snagem hideout and stole the Snag Machine, a machine designed to allow the user to steal Pokémon. As he entered Phenac City, he ran into two grunts who had kidnapped a mysterious girl, Rui, who has the ability to see Pokémon's auras, which allows her to identify Shadow Pokémon, Pokémon whose hearts have been sealed into darkness. Basicly, it's about a guy who goes around stealing Pokémon which are supposedly evil, but for all we know, he might just be using it as justification.
