Capturing Latias/Latios

The easiest way to capture the Eon Pokémon, also known as Lati@s, is to first encounter either one of them so you can track them in your Pokédex. Then, raise a Wobbuffet up to level 39, preferably with Encore, Mirror Coat, Destiny Bond, and Counter. Destiny Bond and Counter are just there to give you other good moves for an extremely useful Pokémon anyway, so you'll have something else to use your shiny new Wobbuffet for.

Now, go into some area with a building next to some grass, and use a Repel. It is recommended to have a bunch more repels with you, if you have trouble. Place your wonderful Wobbuffet at the top of your team, walk around for about a minute or so in the grass, and if you find your Lati, use Mirror Coat. Lati@s may have used some non-damaging attack, but it probably didn't, so you likely chopped it down to 1/3 of its HP. Repeat until it's below half, since you do NOT want to knock it out. If you have an Octillery via trading or by playing Emerald, then you could switch to the Octillery while fighting Lati@s and try weakening it down some, but it doesn't particularly help that much. Throw your Pokéballs until you catch it; for me, it took 3 Ultraballs and 5 minutes.

If you didn't actually find it yet, walk into the building, and back out. Repeat as necessary until you have caught the weird bird-thing.

You can get the other one using the "Eon Ticket". The Eon Ticket is an E-Reader card that gives you the pass to Southern Island. Once there, you'll find the other Lati@s, at level 50 and holding the Soul Dew: an item that doubles Lati@s's Special Attack and Special Defense. The Lati@s on the island may not be able to run away, but you have a Wobbuffet, so why not raise it up some and continue to use it? That Mirror Coat can still damage that Lati@s a lot....

Awakening Regice, Regirock, and Registeel

Awakening the Legendary Trashcans Golems first requires you to have a Relicanth, a Wailord, a Pokémon with Dig, and a Pokémon with Dive in your current party. Go to routes 132, 133, and 134, from Pacifidlog Town.

Follow the path until you reach a small Dive spot, possibly retrying if you took the wrong way.

After you dive, follow the path until you see a large rock with some dots on it if you examine it. Surface.

Once in the Sealed Chamber, walk up to the top of the screen, and examine the wall. Use Dig.

In the newly opened room of the Sealed Chamber, go up and switch around your party Pokémon so that Relicanth is at the front and Wailord is at the back. Your party should look like Relicanth ~ something ~ something ~ something ~ something ~ Wailord.

Go examine the text at the top of the screen. It should give a cutscene where the screen shakes and your character hears three doors be unlocked.
